Privacy Notice
Yo-Homie Realestate is a real estate advisory and inquiry website operated by Joshua Malimata, an SMDC Sales Manager. This notice describes how we handle personal data when you browse the site or ask about properties.
Information you choose to share
When you send a property inquiry, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact channel, project interests, buying purpose, intended budget, purchase timeline, unit preference, and an optional message. We also collect basic inquiry source information such as campaign tags in the URL to help understand where inquiries originate.
Why we use this information
- Respond to your questions and contact you through your requested channel.
- Provide project information, payment computations, and viewing arrangements.
- Manage your inquiry and follow-up history within our LeadPulse sales system.
- Protect the site against spam and misuse.
Submitting an inquiry does not mean you are reserving a unit, agreeing to a purchase, or consenting to unrelated marketing messages.
Who processes the information
Inquiries are submitted to LeadPulse using Supabase-hosted services. Only personnel with an appropriate business need and authorized access should handle your inquiry. Messaging through WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, or email is also subject to the privacy practices of those providers. We do not sell your inquiry details to advertisers.
Optional Meta Pixel analytics
We offer a tracking choice on our public property pages. If you choose Allow analytics, Meta Pixel may receive limited website activity events such as page views, project views, inquiry form starts, and successful lead events, to help measure ads. If you submit an inquiry after consenting, our server may send Meta a Lead event with a one-way-hashed version of your email address and phone number (when provided), your browser information, IP address, and applicable Meta click/browser IDs to help match and deduplicate conversions. Your full inquiry message is not included in Meta conversion events. If you decline, the Meta Pixel is not initialized and our server does not send your inquiry as a Meta conversion event.
You can change that choice using Tracking choices in the website footer. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. Changing your choice affects future collection by our site and does not erase data already received by a provider.
Anonymous page statistics
To see which pages help buyers, the site counts steps such as opening a project, starting the inquiry form or requesting a showroom visit. Each browser tab gets a random number that is kept only in that tab and is deleted when the tab closes. No cookies are used, and no name, phone number, email, form answer or IP address is stored with these counts. They are used only to improve this website.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only while needed for responding to requests, managing legitimate business records, or meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention periods can depend on the nature and status of your inquiry. We use access controls and other reasonable technical and organizational measures; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, or raise privacy concerns, subject to applicable Philippine law and any lawful retention requirements. We will assess requests and respond through an appropriate verification process.
